Axxent headsets have been developed with the needs of professional intercom users in mind. Series D-800 is optimized for extreme ruggedness and highest possible intelligibility. They use dynamic microphone cartridges with balanced cable configuration.
A high degree of acoustical and electrical insulation between microphone and headphone was a major consideration in development in order to minimize the problem of crosstalk.
