It features DSP-controlled electronics for phase-linear crossovers, time alignment, and advanced acoustic optimization when used with the Neumann.Control desktop or iPad app. The KH 80 DSP can also be perfectly calibrated to its acoustic environment via the Neumann MA 1 Automatic Monitor Alignment System, ensuring optimal frequency and phase response in any room.
Powered by two Class-D amplifiers (120 W total), the KH 80 delivers remarkable accuracy, tight bass, and detailed high-end performance in a small footprint. Its Mathematically Modelled Dispersion™ (MMD™) waveguide provides a wide, even sweet spot with minimal reflections, while the rugged composite cabinet minimizes distortion and resonance.
