The Roland XPS-10X is a portable, performance-ready synthesizer designed for live musicians, houses of worship, studios, schools and music production. It combines a velocity-sensitive 61-note keyboard with more than 1,600 professional Roland sounds, including pianos, organs, guitars, basses, orchestral instruments, synthesizers, drums and regional folk instruments.

Support for Roland Cloud World Expansion titles allows musicians to add region-specific instruments and new sound collections. Three internal expansion slots are provided, with shared memory for up to approximately 12 minutes of imported user samples.

The eight phrase pads can trigger backing tracks, imported samples, rhythm sounds and sequencer parts. An eight-track step sequencer, arpeggiator, chord-memory function and scene storage provide useful tools for songwriting and live performance.
