Tascam SS-R250N Networkable Solid-State Audio Recorder

The TASCAM SS-R250N is a professional two-channel solid-state recorder and player designed for broadcast studios, houses of worship, educational facilities, conference centres and permanent commercial audio installations.

It records WAV/BWF and MP3 audio to SD, SDHC, SDXC cards or USB flash drives. Dual SD-card slots support redundant and relay recording, while the built-in Ethernet connection enables FTP file transfer, scheduled operation, network control and automatic clock synchronisation.

The microphone inputs can be used for recording speech, presentations, interviews and live programme audio without requiring an external microphone preamplifier.
