You can also connect an external computer keyboard to make entering metadata fast and painless - an essential when you're on location. Powering the F-Control is easy and convenient. Four AA batteries provide enough power for up to 10 hours of operation, or you can power it with a 4-pin Hirose connector and external battery pack. And if you're using an F4, you can even power the F-Control via USB bus power.
