Delivery is estimated at 10-20 Working Days. All Products on this website are Imported From the USA.

We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, USA suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays.

Some electrical good from the USA and UK are rated 120v and will not work in South Africa unless used with a power converter. We do not supply transformers from 220V to 110V. This needs to be purchased separately.

No Stock:

Our suppliers do not always inform us that stock is unavailable and often only notify us once the order has been placed with them. In this case, the customer will be notified that there is no stock. The order will then be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.

Please also ensure that you are ordering the correct item for your particular application as returns to the USA are costly. Please note that you will be liable for 30% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send the item back to the USA.
